Proof of purchase (order number, invoice, etc).
All return requests depend on shortages, mis shipments or mis billings must be made within 1 day of delivery if the product box still unopened (Sealed/Closed Box) and in the same condition you received and in the original box, if you open the product box unfortunately, we can’t return it unless the product has a defect according to CPA instructions.
In case Customers changed their minds. Boxes and packing material have to be in the same condition you received and in the original box and the product has to be unused and unopened (Sealed/Closed Box).
If your product has a defect, please contact the nearest service center of the manufacturer. Our customer care would be able to assist you with the service center contact numbers only or you can visit the respective manufacturer’s website to obtain the nearest service center details, any request for replacement or repair of the products shall not be entertained. Such services are offered directly by the manufacturer of those products.
If items are not returned with their packages or if any other item or documentation is missing, products will not be accepted as a returned item.
Refund method should be as you paid COD or VISA. Some exclusions apply.
